Q & A

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COACHING AND THERAPY?
Coaching and therapy can both be extraordinarily valuable modalities. I personally feel that many people can benefit from both!  In fact, many of my coaching clients are either referred by a therapist, or are also working with a therapist at the same time they are working with me as their coach.

In a nutshell, therapy is a form of mental health treatment designed to address issues such as clinical anxiety, depression, addiction, or trauma. On the other hand, coaching is solution-focused in nature and  provides the tools, structure, accountability, and clarity to envision, articulate, and create future goals.

WHAT KIND OF THINGS DO YOU DO WHEN YOU WORK WITH PEOPLE?
 *  Establishing Deeper Levels of Self-Trust and Listening to your own intuition
 *
Creating and Sustaining Deeply Satisfying Relationships
 *  Developing Self-Confidence
 *  Building a better relationship with money
 * Living life with more JOY, ease and fun
 * Creating Business Goals that you are aligned with and conscious leadership
 * Cultivating  Deep Self-Acceptance and Self-Love
 * Developing Self-Care and Well-Being Routines to support you in the life you are creating
  * Improved communication and deeper connection

JUST A THOUGHT:

Maybe the journey isn't so much as becoming anything.

Maybe it's about un-becoming everything that really isn't you
so you can become who you were meant to be in the first place.
 ~ Paulo Coelho
