I'm Lisa and I am a Conscious Leadership Coach, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Yoga Teacher, Mentor, and a Guide. I am also an adventure & travel lover, dog mom, trail runner, hiker and water lover. I am passionate about connection, nature, and creating. I am also passionate about being of service to others and having a heart centered and conscious business.
My approach is impactful and transformational. What makes me unique is I have 20+ years experience as a clinical therapist in addition to a strong skillset from ontological coaching, neuroscience and yoga. I tailor my approach to each individual and take an integrative approach, working with both the mind, body and soul.
I am thrilled to partner with clients to assist them with creating the life they want to live by their own design. I am very grateful to work with my clients to create sustainable and transformational changes in their lives.
What does it mean to live more consciously? To live consciously is to be open to perceiving the world around us and within us to understand our circumstances and to decide how to respond to them in a way that honors our needs and values. We can pursue our goals that are in alignment with our values with self-awareness. The current paradigm of churning and grinding is not working, however there is another way. A more conscious way.
I love supporting others to create the life they want, to live with more joy, to expand and reach their goals, and BE who they want to be. I love the work that I am called to do.

JUST A THOUGHT:
Maybe the journey isn't so much as becoming anything.
Maybe it's about un-becoming everything that really isn't you so you can become who you were meant to be in the first place. ~ Paulo Coelho
