What is Coaching?


                                   I am often asked: What Actually is Coaching? 

* Coaching supports you to learn skills, tools, as well as having accountability to support you in creating the life that feels authentic and meaning for you. It is an exploration of your dreams, deep desires and being your truest self.  Well-being coaching can support you to move into flourishing and thriving. 

* Well-Being Coaching is resilience coaching using evidenced based techniques to enhance well-being and to manage  stress, such as mindfulness, CBT, and breathing to enhance resilience. It is preventative in nature, solution focused and a partnership to make shifts and active. The purpose is to support you to shift mindsets and behaviors and improve overall well-being. We clarify values, set goals, priorities and talk through challenges, create new healthy habits, and a plan of on going well-being.​

* Coaching supports you in setting goals for what you want to achieve in your overall well-    being, life or career. We may look at outlook, fulfillment, adaptive coping, self-care,  awareness and self agency. Well-being can also include relationships and family, spiritual, financial, career/work life integration. 

* Coaching supports you to live your fullest potential, as well as to be and do what’s needed to actually become that person. 

*  Coaching is a partnership where you will have the space to be you, be met where you are while supporting you to move out of your on way.

Personal & Professional 1:1

 3-4 sessions per month for 4-6 months for clients who have specific goals they are working towards.

60- 90 minute Dive Deep Sessions for clarity, purpose​, or something specific in mind.
